End User License Agreement

Licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use TuneNest on devices you own or control.
Restrictions. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or remove any licence check from the app, except where the law allows.
Your files. The app only changes things you choose and confirm. You are responsible for reviewing what you change and for keeping backups. Removed files may not be recoverable.
Drivers and updates. Driver updates come from Windows Update and app updates from Windows Package Manager. No software can guarantee that an update will work on every PC.
Not an antivirus. TuneNest does not include its own antivirus engine. Virus scans are run by Microsoft Defender in Windows, and security information shown comes from Windows.
No promise of speed. We do not promise any specific improvement in PC speed or free space.
Warranty disclaimer. The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the last 12 months, or zero if the app was free.
Termination. This licence ends if you break these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
Governing law. The laws of India apply. Courts of India have jurisdiction.
